Welcome back with a major update full of convenience features
Hello, this is the Rinda Team.
We are back with a major update after a while due to internal schedules and holidays.
In the meantime, we have received a lot of feedback from you, such as:
"It's hard to see at a glance if my campaigns are running well"
"Managing replies is too time-consuming"
"Entering sales information is inconvenient"
and so on.
So, this update focuses on making those three areas — Preparation, Operation, and Management — more automated and easier to see at a glance.
My Sales Information has changed significantly
We have improved the design and added convenience to the 'My Sales Info' section on the bottom left, making company and product information, email signatures, etc., much easier to understand.
First of all, any information you enter in My Sales Info is automatically saved and filled in for you.
You can now add a logo to your company information,
upload multiple images for products,
and keep sales materials like brochures in a single library.
In particular, email signatures are now organized by 'Signature → Language', and AI creates signatures for all languages at once.
The legal sending address (mandatory opt-out information) required for emails sent to buyers is also automatically filled in,
and your company logo is naturally integrated into the footer of sent emails.
Check if campaigns are healthy at a glance, and let us handle the replies
The newly added Campaign Health Dashboard shows your campaign status on a scale of 0 to 100.
You can click on the mini-card to expand it and see exactly where the problem is.
Here, Campaign Health is
"a metric that tells you if the campaigns you are sending are being delivered properly without running into legal issues or spam filters."
Meanwhile, reply management is also running more autonomously.
We send follow-up emails to unresponsive buyers according to business days,
Emails that return as Out of Office (auto-reply) are resent during the recipient's business hours,
And if a reply comes back saying "I am not the person in charge," it is automatically forwarded to the alternative address provided.
If a positive reply or a request for a meeting comes in, we will notify the person in charge immediately via email.
Sending times are now also set to the buyer's local business hours (09:00–18:00) by default, so they arrive at a more natural time.
Even without data, get buyer recommendations from your first search
Even if you are just starting out and lack information, we have added Cold Start Buyer Discovery, where Rinda selects and recommends combinations of markets and buyers.
The search begins after you confirm your product as if having a conversation, and the progress is shown in step-by-step cards.
Buyers you have already registered are marked as 'Already Registered' in the results, so you can save them without duplicates.
Other changes
We have revamped the buyer management detail page and added a normalization tool to organize company names, websites, and countries at once (provides a preview of matching counts before application).
You can correct the classification results of received replies with 👍/👎, and that feedback is used to improve classification accuracy.
We have increased the email sending limit for the Team plan from 600 to 2,000 per day, and from 15,000 to 50,000 per month.
We have fixed several bugs, such as the issue where Korean was mixed into multilingual emails, the issue where stopped campaigns appeared as 'In Progress', and the issue where some replies were missing.
As this is a major update we've been working on for a while, please try it out and let us know anytime if anything feels awkward or inconvenient.
Your feedback shapes our next update.
Thank you.
Sincerely, Rinda Team
