Billing & Subscription

Check your current plan, upgrade, manage payment methods, and monitor usage — manage everything related to subscriptions and billing.

How to Use
1

Check your current plan

Go to Settings > Billing to see the plan you are on and its status.
2

Upgrade your plan

If you need to collect more buyers or send more email, move up a plan. You can compare what changes between plans.
3

Manage payment methods

Add or change a card, and view and download your payment history and invoices.
4

Check usage

Settings > Usage shows buyer searches and emails sent as charts and tables. You can pick a time range.
5

Cancel your subscription

At the bottom of Settings > Billing, click "Click here to cancel your subscription." You'll go through three steps: a look at your results so far → choosing a reason → [Confirm Cancellation]. Cancelling doesn't cut you off right away — you can keep using the service until the end of the period you've already paid for. If you change your mind before then, click [Reactivate] on the same screen to undo it.
6

Request a refund

Within 14 days of payment, we refund the full amount whether or not you've used the service. Please contact us at the email below. Once the refund is processed, that subscription ends immediately.
  • Refund inquiries: [email protected]
  • Please include: the email address you signed up with, your workspace name, and the payment date
Tips
  • •On the usage screen you can switch between this month, last month, and the last three months to see the trend.
  • •Changing plans keeps all your existing buyers, campaigns, and email data.
  • •Cancelling, refunds, and account deletion are different things. Cancelling only stops the next payment and keeps your data. A refund must be requested separately within 14 days of payment — cancelling alone doesn't trigger one. Deleting your account erases your account and all your data and can't be undone. See the [Settings & Workspace] guide.
  • •If more than 14 days have passed since payment, cancel instead of asking for a refund. You keep the rest of the period and only the next payment stops.
  • •The 14-day free trial involves no payment, so it isn't eligible for a refund. The 14 days for refunds count from your first payment date.
