[Notice] Notice Regarding Email Sending Account Re-authentication

May 26, 2026

Around 1:00 AM today, due to a change in the operating policy of our external email integration service,
it has been confirmed that Gmail connections for some of our users have been disconnected.

The scope of impact is estimated to be approximately 20 workspaces / 26 sending accounts (some Gmail integration users).

Fortunately, all internal Rinda data, including sending history, sequences, contacts, and inbox data, remains safely preserved, but
you may experience some minor inconveniences in using the service right now, as follows:

  • Sequence sending is not proceeding and remains in a pending state

  • New replies received are not displayed in the inbox

  • The email account is displayed as "Re-authentication required" in the settings screen

We will notify the owners of the affected workspaces individually via email shortly,
and if you have an affected account, a "Re-authentication required" banner will automatically appear in your settings.

How to resolve (takes about 1 minute)

  1. Go to Settings → Email Accounts

  2. Click the Re-authenticate button next to the account marked "Re-authentication required"

  3. Re-authorize permissions on the Google login screen

Once you complete the re-authentication, the disconnected inbox synchronization will be automatically restored,
and we will do our best to help you restore the status of any sequences that were scheduled or paused.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused,
and we will ensure that we have perfect measures in place to prevent such issues from happening again in the future.
