AI emails that remember buyer relationships and more flexible campaign editing
Hello, this is the Rinda Team.
Communication with buyers only leads to trust when it maintains the context of previous conversations. In this update, we have improved the AI to check the history of previous contacts with buyers on its own and draft both initial and follow-up emails with a tone perfectly suited to the relationship.
We have also focused on making it more convenient to modify ongoing campaigns and alleviating various inconveniences experienced during the email drafting and scheduling process.
Emails to buyers you've already contacted now continue the conversation
We fixed the issue where the AI would awkwardly greet buyers you had previously emailed as if it were the first time. Now, the AI checks whether there has been previous contact with the buyer and continues the conversation naturally.
It distinguishes between buyers receiving an email for the first time, buyers who haven't replied, and buyers you've exchanged business cards with, and drafts content accordingly.
For buyers registered via business cards, it structures follow-up emails based on the premise that you have met in person.
It does not invent non-existent previous conversations for buyers being contacted for the first time.
Edit ongoing campaign emails directly from the creation screen
Even for campaigns that have already started, you can now click Edit this step on the details screen for emails that haven't been sent yet, opening them in the creation screen to make edits.
You can use template application, AI draft generation, and previewing just as you would on the creation screen.
Check saved attachments and images directly within the editor.
If there is unsaved content, you will be alerted when leaving the screen.
Continue other tasks without waiting for AI draft generation
You no longer need to be tied to the generation window after clicking 'Write draft'. The window closes immediately and displays the progress, allowing you to freely polish other emails while you wait.
A Stop button is displayed along with the progress in the email input area.
You can check the 'in-progress' status at a glance in the step list.
When drafting the first email, it reduces unfounded exaggerated sentences to provide a cleaner draft.
Bonus Updates!
When selecting a sending time, the default standard has been changed to My Time, allowing you to clearly specify the desired date and time in one window.
A Login Method card has been added to the General menu in Settings, allowing you to freely connect or disconnect Google, Line, and Apple logins.
In buyer search results, you can check company-specific reports analyzed based on website content.
You can now attach files when drafting a reply to a buyer.
We have refined the criteria so that the (Advertisement) label is turned on by default only when all receiving buyers are domestic.
Default signatures and sending example preview signatures are displayed appropriately according to the buyer's language.
We fixed an issue where replies from buyers simply stating they wanted to unsubscribe were incorrectly classified as 'interested'.
The button name used to end an ongoing conversation has been refined to End Conversation.
We will continue to steadily refine the service so that every process, from the first connection with overseas buyers to ongoing communication, is more natural and reliable.
If you have any thoughts or needs while using the service, please feel free to let us know at any time.
Sincerely, Kyu, Linda Development Team PM
